UPDATE: As this investigation unfolds it was determined not to be a drive-by shooting as earlier released. This incident stems from a couple of disturbances earlier in the evening. Gordon Patton (Pat) Graves was arrested in connection with the investigation and charged with Aggravated Battery (two counts), Assault and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The investigation is still on-going with numerous interviews yet to be conducted. We really cannot release much more at this point without compromising our investigation.

Mr. Graves has mile long record but he was still free to do this kind of thing. What does that say?? Does someone have to die before things happen in the justice system?
