POCATELLO - During this Holiest of all weeks of the year, the Trinity Episcopal Church family extends its love to the community with an invitation to join them for Easter Worship Services.

Haydie LeCorbeiller will lead the Good Friday Service at 7 p.m. today. Good Friday is the day on which Jesus Christ, having been betrayed by Judas and sentenced to death by Pontius Pilate, was crucified for the sins of mankind. The Liturgy will include the reading of the Passion Gospel from John, solemn prayers, and veneration of the cross.

As the sun rises on Easter morning, The Great Vigil of Easter unfolds through Light and Lessons telling the story of God's saving deeds, and renewal of Baptismal vows. The first Eucharist of Easter is celebrated at 6:30 a.m. Bring your bells! Then at 10 a.m., the second Easter Service will be held.

Child care is available at the 10 a.m. Sunday service only.

For more information about services, call Trinity at 208-233-2640. Trinity is located at the corner of North Arthur and West Lander Streets in Old Town Pocatello.
